What are the opening hours of the observation deck?
The UFO tower is open daily from 10:00 am to 11:00 pm except for private events, when the opening hours may change.
Where can I buy a ticket?
Tickets are available for purchase only at the reception on site. It isn’t possible to buy them online in advance.
Is it necessary to book a table at the restaurant?
We recommend all guests wishing to order a meal from the restaurant’s menu to book a table. You can do that through our online booking system, on the phone at 00421 2 6252 0300 or via email at reception@u-f-o.sk. Our reception staff will gladly help you. Restaurant guest who consume at least 1 main course from the restaurant’s menu doesn’t have to pay the entrance fee.
Can I book a seat at the bar?
Unfortunately, we don’t accept bookings for the bar. Seat selection is based on the order of guests’ arrival and orders at the bar can be made only from the bar menu. However, when consuming drinks or snacks at the bar, you will still have to pay the entrance fee.
I am coming by car, where can I park?
The UFO Observation Deck guests can park free of charge in the parking lot for passenger vehicles directly under the tower. The route to the observation deck is marked. Take Viedenská cesta, which is a one-way street, and follow the sign marking the entrance to the parking lot.
I am coming by public transport, what are the nearest stops?
When using public transport, either buses or trams, the nearest stops are Most SNP and Aupark, both are only a few minutes’ walk away from the observation deck.
Is the observation deck wheelchair accessible?
Of course, the restaurant and bar that provide an equivalent view are accessible for wheelchair users. However, there are 31 steps leading to the observation deck and thus, it is not wheelchair accessible.
I am interested in a private or semi-private event, who should I contact?
All requests for private or semi-private events, for example Christmas parties, birthday parties, wedding receptions, presentations, coffee breaks or press conferences should be made by email at reception@u-f-o.sk. Please specify the basic information in your e-mail. In the next few hours, a staff member will contact you and inform you about current possibilities and send you an offer.
I would like to organize a photoshoot or filming on the observation deck, at the restaurant or bar for public display, who should I contact?
Please send all requests for filming footage for public display on the UFO tower by email to reception@u-f-o.sk Specify the basic information (date, time, length of filming, size of the team, film production equipment) in your e-mail.
I received a gift card, how can I check its expiry and amount of credit?
If you were given a gift card for food or drinks at the restaurant or bar, you can check the amount of credit and expiry over the phone at 00421 2 6252 0300 or by email at reception@u-f-o.sk. The information will be provided after you disclose your card number.
I want to experience the unique adrenaline-rush windowsill Skywalk, how can I book it?
All information and available dates are disclosed at www.skywalk.sk, where you can book a date and buy tickets. After the purchase, you will receive a voucher, instructions and a receipt on your email.
I took beautiful photos when at the observation deck and I would like to share them, how can I do that?
When sharing photos from the observation deck on social networks, please use #ufotower, #ufobratislava and #ufowatchtastegroove. That way, your photos will inspire everybody who searches for and uses the hashtags.
